This is absolutely right!
I didn’t start working with Charlotte because I hated the way I looked or wanted to get slimmer, I just noticed that as my agility and energy were struggling to keep up with my children. I wanted to be able to do things with them. The turning point was when I couldn’t do a little obstacle course when I took them to the park.
The money I spend on personal training with Charlotte is not an expense, it really is an investment. Previous injuries, old age (not really but feel it sometimes), achy bones and feeling I would never have had the time, in the past have been an excuse for me, now I am stronger, happier and healthier and now I can keep up with my children. In fact, I am stronger, healthier and in much less pain than I ever was and this is because of the expertise, guidance, support and never-ending encouragement from Charlotte.
So if you are reading this and wondering if it is worth the money – IT REALLY IS! Who can put a price on health? It is an investment that can stay with you for a (long) lifetime.
And you do have the time – you will find it. I can’t tell you how hectic my life is BUT that time I spend with Charlotte and in the gym are ME time, we have to learn that although we have these life commitments, we have to be kind to ourselves too.
