- As a corrective exercise specialist, I will help you learn to move correctly again, to ensure you are less likely to get injuries and recover easily.
Certificate in Nutrition

- For clients whose main goals is to change their body composition, whether that is to lose or gain weight, nutrition is the most important thing!
- To help you towards your goal I will look at your current eating habits. Then I will suggest some recommendations for healthier alternatives and give you a something to work towards, whether that’s calories or something else.
Diploma in Yoga Teaching

- Yoga is important for everyone, from children to the elderly. It increases your mobility, strength, and balance which all help with everyday tasks.
- You will also learn the English and Sanskrit name of yoga poses helping to improve your mind and memory!
TRX Suspension Training

- TRX suspension training is low impact full body exercise, increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously using your own body weight and gravity.
- This training is perfect for the older generation or anyone with joint issues because you can use as much or as little weight as you want.
Pad Work for PT’s
- Pad work involves boxing drills and footwork to get your heart rate up and a full body workout in a short timeframe.
- This exercise is great for increasing your upper body strength and improving your cardiovascular health. While working your mind learning different punches and footwork.
