“I started with Charlotte between Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020 on her New Year offer. I am so glad I did. Charlotte got me off to a great start by taking my measurements and doing a couple of flexibility and strength tests.

We agreed to focus on reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass rather than just straight-forward weight-loss. Charlotte was really demanding as a trainer and never let me settle with being beaten through the entire 10 weeks we worked together. Every week she would push me to try a bit higher weight, increase my reps or to just stretch a little bit further! The things that impressed me the most were her ability to laugh with me and to also explain simply why we were doing what we were doing and the benefit that it would give me. I was really surprised and pleased with the progress that I made.”
