My Background

My name is Charlotte, I am a personal trainer and online coach working around Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne. Keep reading to see how I will use my expertise to see how I can help you.

I have been very active and interested in health and fitness from a young age, as I was a competitive Acrobatic Gymnast from the age of 6 until 16. This included lots of flexibility and strength training using bodyweight exercises. After stopping gymnastics, I started going to the gym. Not knowing what to do, I did my own research and learn all about exercise and nutrition and really enjoyed it!

In 2018 I graduated from university with a degree in Contemporary Dance. During this time, I was doing 1.5 hours- 4.5 hours of exercise a day!

While at university I realised how important nutrition is. At first I wasn’t eating enough calories, non-nutritious meals, and takeaways. After researching how to eat I started eating 3000 calories a day, mostly healthy meals to keep me fuelled for my busy energetic days.

After university I realised how much I enjoyed learning about health and fitness for myself. Therefore, I decided to become a personal trainer and online coach to help other people learn!

Current Day

Because of my background, I have a different look at health and fitness in relation to flexibility, mobility, and bodyweight exercises to help you become strong yet agile in everyday day life and we will incorporate calisthenics based exercises into your programming.
